Terms of Service
Last updated: March 17, 2026
These Terms of Service govern your use of Cruising. Please read them carefully before using the platform.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Cruising, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Service Description
Cruising provides endurance training planning, coaching features, account-level training views, and integrations with third-party activity providers such as Strava and Garmin where available. Some features may include automated recommendations within your account. Features may change over time.
3. Accounts and Eligibility
You are responsible for maintaining account security and for all activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and be legally able to enter these terms.
4. Third-Party Integrations
When you connect a third-party provider, you authorize Cruising to access the data you choose to share through that provider's authorization flow and to use that data to operate connected features in your account. Your use of those providers is also governed by their own terms and privacy policies, and integration availability may change over time.
5. Disconnects and Deletion Requests
You may disconnect a linked provider and request deletion of your Cruising account or personal data at any time by following the instructions on our Data Deletion page or by contacting support.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service, interfere with system security, access accounts you do not own, reverse engineer restricted portions of the platform, or violate applicable law.
7. Coaching and Health Disclaimer
Cruising provides informational coaching support and does not provide medical advice. You are responsible for your training decisions and should consult qualified professionals for medical concerns.
8. Billing and Subscription
Paid plans renew according to the subscription terms presented at purchase unless canceled. Pricing, trial terms, and plan features may be updated with notice where required.
9. Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms, security risks, fraud, or legal requirements. You may stop using the Service at any time.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Cruising and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Service.
11. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised terms.
