Data Deletion

This page explains how to disconnect integrations and request deletion of account and provider-linked data from Cruising.

1. Disconnect a Linked Provider

You can revoke access through your connected provider settings, such as Strava or Garmin, or disconnect the integration within Cruising if that option is available. This stops future sync from that provider.

2. Request Account Deletion

Submit a deletion request to support@cruising.run and include the email address or account identifier you used to sign in so we can locate the correct account.

3. Verification and Processing

We may verify account ownership before processing a deletion request. Once verified, we will delete your Cruising account and remove associated personal data from our systems within a reasonable period, except where we are required to retain certain information for legal, security, or billing purposes.

4. Third-Party Providers

Deleting your Cruising account does not automatically delete data that Strava, Garmin, or another connected provider stores in its own systems. Data already held by those providers remains subject to their own policies and account controls.
