Data Deletion

This page describes how users can disconnect integrations and request deletion of account data from Cruising.
1. Disconnect Your Integration Provider
You can revoke access through your connected provider settings (for example, Strava or Garmin where available). This prevents future sync from that provider.
2. Request Account Deletion
Submit a deletion request through the contact details listed on cruising.run, including the account identifier you used to sign in.
3. Verification and Processing
We may verify account ownership before processing deletion. Once verified, we will delete or anonymize personal data within a reasonable period, except where retention is required for legal, security, or operational reasons.
4. Third-Party Data Scope
Data already held by third-party providers remains subject to those providers policies. Deleting your Cruising account does not automatically remove data stored by those providers.
